This helmet was worn by Alex Rodriguez on July 22, 2010, when he slammed his #599 home run out of Yankee Stadium. The New York Yankees matched up against the Kansas City Royals, defeating them 10-4 thanks to a three hit and four RBI performance by A-Rod. The 599th home run came by way of a solo home run off of Rob Tejada in the seventh inning of the game.

This historic piece of memorabilia is a size 7 ¼ navy blue batting helmet with the classic interlocking “NY” logo on the front of the helmet in white along with “13” applied to the brim and rear of the helmet. The MLB logo is affixed to the rear center of the helmet along with an MLB authenticated holographic sticker, proving its authenticity (Certification #: FJ095766). Rodriguez inscribed the helmet above the left-sided ear flap with “Game Used Career HR #599 7/22/2010” along with his signature in silver permanent marker. The helmet is in great condition featuring a signature and inscription with great eye appeal. The batting helmet is accompanied by an LOA from Alex Rodriguez himself. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (A53536)
