This offering is a unique 2010 FIFA World Cup Final Draw medal presented to the member of the Brazil Football Confederation (CBF) who represented Brazil at the official group drawing for the 19th World Cup held in South Africa. These final draw medals are apparently only awarded to one representative from each of the 32 teams that qualify for the world's biggest sporting event, making them particularly rare.

The 2010 World Cup official draw took place in Cape Town, South Africa on December 4, 2009. Brazil drew into Group G along with Portugal, Ivory Coast and North Korea. The Brazilians would easily move on to the knockout rounds of the tournament before losing to eventual runners-up Netherlands in the Quarterfinals by the score of 2-1. Spain defeated Netherlands in the Finals, thanks to a clutch goal from Iniesta in the 116th minute of extra time, for their first ever World Cup title.

This lovely final draw medal features a raised, gold-plated FIFA World Cup trophy on the front with "FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION" on the top. The reverse features "FINAL DRAW" at top and "CAPE TOWN 4-12-09" at bottom with the FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa logo in the center. The silver-plated bronze medal, made by renowned Italian manufacturer Bertoni, measures 60 mm in diameter, 4-5 mm thick, and weighs 78 grams. It presents NM and comes in its original blue Bertoni presentation case. Includes LOA from a longtime Brazil National Team coordinator.
