Cassius Clay entered high school in Louisville, Kentucky at Central High School in September, 1957, as a 10th grader. He initially made poor grades and withdrew from school in March, 1958. He re-entered in September, 1958 and graduated in June, 1960. Shortly after, he entered the summer Olympics and came home with a gold medal. Offered here is a very rare 1959 yearbook from Central High School which pictures Cassius Clay with his classmates. The yearbook is complete with no loose or missing pages. Clay is pictured on page 59 and his name has been entered next to his picture. The binding is split, but intact and there is some cover soiling. These are extremely scarce and it should be noted that his 1960 school yearbook has yet to surface.
