Christian Yelich was drafted out of high school by the Miami Marlins in the 1st round (23rd overall) of the 2010 MLB Draft. The Milwaukee Brewers acquired Yelich from the Marlins after the 2017 season, and in 2018 he became the fourth player in Brewers history to win the league's Most Valuable Player award. He is certainly on the short list for "best player in baseball" these days. Offered here is Yelich's 2014 game-worn Marlins home jersey from his first full season in the big leagues.

The white, button-up jersey (size 46) made of 100% polyester has “MIAMI” across the chest in black with the team's bright colors mixed in. The front left tail has proper Majestic Authentic Collection tagging with correct player size 46; along the inner right tail is a white swatch labeled "21 46 '14 415" for further player-specific tagging. Inside the left seam is the wash instructions tag with three different inspection stickers. The left sleeve sports the official Miami Marlins stylized “M” patch and the Majestic logo. The backside of the collar has the official MLB silhouetted logo patch. On the reverse of the jersey is “YELICH” sewn directly on the shirt in black-on-silver tackle twill, with his No. “21” done in similar fashion with an orange shadow. The man they call "Yeli" has signed his back number in shiny silver paint pen. The shirt displays light wear with some frayed threads and appears to have been laundered. Includes a full LOA from JSA (BB23235) for the autograph. Originally sourced directly from the team (letter of provenance to be provided to winning bidder).
