Deron Johnson appeared briefly as a young rookie with the 1960 Yankees and played in just 13 games for the 1961 Yankees before being traded to the Athletics in June. The 1961 New York Yankees, of course, will go down in history as one of the greatest teams in baseball history. Over the years, collectors have enjoyed the challenge of finding single signed baseballs from each and every player who appeared for the Yankees that season. Many are still trying to find those elusive orbs, and here is a chance to obtain one of the scarcest examples required to complete a 1961 Yankees collection.  This OAL (Brown) baseball has a sweet spot signature and notation reading “Deron Johnson 1961 Yankees.” This Near Mint to Mint beauty is truly a scarce find. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
