Since 1969, only a dozen men have joined the exclusive group of astronauts who have walked on the moon. Known collectively as “Moonwalkers,” the group, all Americans, achieved this distinction between July '69 and December 1972. This collection of nine baseballs have been individually signed by nine of the twelve “Moonwalkers.” The names included in this collection read like a who’s-who of American heroes: Buzz Aldrin, Alan Shepard, Alan Bean, Pete Conrad, Edgar Mitchell, Gene Cernan, David Scott, Charles Duke and the last man to stride on the moon, Harrison Schmitt. All nine men have signed the sweet spot (two in black and the others in blue), with four inscribing the mission name as well. The autographs fall in the 6-9/10 range, with Aldrin appearing 8/10 and Shepard 6/10 in our book. Five are OML (Selig) baseballs, still quite snow white, and four are OAL balls (two Brown and two Budig) that show some toning. An incredible collection of nine astronauts who hold membership in the universe’s most exclusive club - The Moonwalkers.

Aldrin & Shepard have full LOAs from JSA. The rest are pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
