ADDENDUM: Bat not signed by Jeter as previously indicated.
Featured here is a 2010 Derek Jeter game-used Louisville Slugger P72 professional model P72 bat. The future Hall of Famer had a bit of a down year offensively for the Yankees, finishing with a .270 batting average to go with 10 HR, 67 RBI, and 107 runs scored in 157 games. He was still named to the A.L. All-Star team and won his 5th and final Gold Glove . "5/13/2010" and "34/32 OZ" are stamped into the knob. The TPX and MLB logos are stamped into the back of the barrel. The bat is un-cracked and displays tremendous game use, covered with ball impressions, bat rack marks, and a light coat of Mota stick on the handle.
LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (GU 8).
