This is a very appealing example of the classic 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle Rookie card that delivers outstanding attributes for its assigned grade. Outstanding color and print quality are dominant above all else, followed by strong corners and edges. While surface wear appears to be the primary detraction, the corners appear to be about VG-EX. Centered at about 65/35 top to bottom and 60/40 side to side. The back is very clean and there are no visible creases. All in all, this is a pleasing example of the hobby's most coveted and iconic post-war card for the grade.
