Offered here is Ozzie Smith's 1992 All-Star Game Louisville Slugger professional model bat autographed by both "The Wizard" and recently deceased President George H.W. Bush. The 35", 31-oz. ash bat with "Ozzie Smith" and "All Star Game San Diego 1992" impressed into the barrel shows a little wear and tear with black marks and scuffing, but there is no obvious indication that this is one used by Smith in the '92 Midsummer Classic played at Jack Murphy Stadium. Ozzie started at shortstop and batted lead-off for the National League, going 1-for-3. It comes directly from Ozzie Smith's personal collection and he provided no further information as to it being one of his All-Star gamers, but his No "1" is handwritten on the knob in the tradition of typical game bats. Both Ozzie and the 41st president signed the barrel in matching 9/10 black marker, with Smith adding "The Wizard" inscription.
