As Cassius Clay, Ali traveled to the 1960 Rome Games to compete in the light heavyweight division. Despite being only 18, he won all four of his fights easily. In the final match, Ali defeated three-time European champion Zbigniew Pietrzykowski to win the gold medal.  This stunning black and white photograph of Muhammad Ali hitting Zbigniew Pietrzykowski, has been signed in black sharpie with “Cassius Clay”. The photograph is problem free and in Near Mint/Mint condition. The signature is a 9/10 for strength and clarity. Full LOA from PSA/DNA Cert#4A53010.
