Offered here is a game-worn Denver Broncos road jersey from former running back Peyton Hillis, a seven-year NFL veteran who battled on behalf of the Broncos in 2008 and '09 and who played for five different clubs over the course of his pro career. This 2009 game-worn jersey, in which Hillis caught a pair of passes totaling 10 yards from QB Kyle Orton on Nov. 1 versus the Baltimore Ravens, sports a white strip tag with embroidered "07-46 D" on the inside rear collar, signifying it was a team carry-over.

The official NFL embroidered shield logo appears at the base of the v-neck collar collar with the Broncos' 50th Anniversary (1960-2009) patch alongside it. His uniform number "22" appears on the front, back and shoulders in blue tackle twill outlined in Bronco orange. Hillis's name appears in navy blue on a white nameplate on the back of the shoulders, while the embroidered Reebok logo is displayed on either sleeve. The jersey shows considerable game use, most notably on the front with paint transfers and dirt stains. Although it is tagged "07" it is very common for NFL teams to recycle these jerseys for future use. In this case, the 50th anniversary patch was added to a 2007 issued jersey. This particular gamer comes from the renowned jersey collection of the late Delbert Mickel.
