After starring at the University of Tennessee, the great Peyton Manning was drafted No. 1 overall by the Indianapolis Cots in 1998 and handed the keys to start from day one. In 2000, his third season, Peyton led the Colts to a 10-6 record and a second-place finish in the AFC East Division. The 6' 5" loud, signal caller led the NFL with 4,413 passing yards, 357 completions, and 33 touchdowns (versus 15 INT) that season. On December 3, 2000, the Indianapolis Colts played the New York Jets at the Meadowlands, losing 27-17 despite Manning throwing for 339 yards and two TD’s. Presented here is his Peyton's game-worn Colts road jersey from that outing.

The Puma mesh jersey is appropriately tagged on the left front tail with size 50 flag tag and "00" strip tag for the season of use. His No. 18 appears on the front, back and sleeves in royal blue tackle twill, with his NOB in the same format sewn across a white nameplate on the upper back. Peyton has added his autograph and on the back '8' with the inscription "Game Used 12/3/00 vs. Jets" and "27/51 - 339 yds - 2 TD’s" all in shiny bold 9-10/10 silver paint pen. This jersey displays solid wear and has been photo-matched to four included 8" by 12" photos from the 12/3/2000 game as evidence. Outstanding gamer from the lovable, quotable and legendary quarterback who will be enshrined in Canton soon.

Includes LOA from MeiGray (152813). Fanatics Authentic (#ZZ0006601) for autograph and inscription. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
