Offered here is a striking Paul Pierce 2009-10 game-worn alternate road jersey from his beloved Celtics, where he spent 15 of his now 19 NBA seasons en route to eventual basketball immortality in Springfield, Mass. While his scoring has come down significantly over the last three seasons with the Wizards and Clippers, Pierce was a consistent 20+ ppg scorer for virtually his entire tenure in Boston. Part of the formidable "Big Three" with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen, Pierce helped lead the Celtics to the 2008 NBA title. He averaged 18.3 points during the 2009-10 season, one that ended with a thrilling, yet heartbreaking Game 7 loss to the Lakers in the NBA Finals.

The Celtic Green knit jersey has the appropriate Adidas tagging on the front left tail, with adjacent flag tags with "Size 50" and "Climalite" and finally the team tagging of "2209-2010" and "Length +4." Pierce's No. 34 and "Boston" appear on the front in black and white tackle twill, the same configuration for his number on the back. "Pierce" and the Celtics' cloverleaf are above his NOB in white tackle twill affixed directly to the shirt and the famed embroidered NBA logo patch appears on the front left shoulder. Yokes, collar and elastic side panel are in black. The jersey shows appropriate wear with light fraying and pilling.
