Presented here is striking 2009-10 game-worn road alternate Celtics jersey from recently retired power forward Kevin Garnett. Straight out of high school, the teenage phenom starred in Minnesota for 12 seasons before joining Ray Allen and Paul Pierce as the central figure in "The Big Three" in Boston for the 2007-08 season. Together, they won the 2008 NBA title as Garnett took home Defensive Player of the Year honors. After 21 seasons "KG" finally hung them up in 2016, finishing with career averages of 17.8 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. He holds the NBA record for career defensive rebounds and is just the 15th player ever to surpass 26,000 points. Along with his 15 All-Star nods and 2004 MVP Award, the guy has surely punched his ticket to Springfield. Garnett averaged 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds during the 2009-10 campaign, one that ended with a thrilling, yet heartbreaking Game 7 loss to the Lakers in the NBA Finals.

The green mesh alternate jersey has appropriate Adidas tagging on the front left tail, along with a bevy of flag tags that include "Length+4," the Climalite flap below Size 52 and "2009-2010." Th shirt has "Boston" across the front in black and white tackle twill, the same format used for his famous No. 5 front and back. "Garnett" appears across the back in white tackle twill, with the Celtics cloverleaf emblem. The shirt has black elastic rib panels and black elastic trim on the collar and yokes; the famed NBA embroidered logo patch is on the left shoulder. The jersey displays appropriate game use with light fraying to the letters and numbers.
