The 1998 Chicago Bulls were special for a lot of reasons. It was Jordans’s final season as a Bull as well as Rodman, Pippen and Phil Jackson. They won their 6th NBA Championship and successfully pulled off a “Three-Peat”. All along Savas Alatis was there capturing every moment behind the camera. Alatis spent over 10 years in the NBA working to shoot over 11 All-Star Games, several Playoff series, 11 Semi-Finals and even two Olympics. Alatis specifically covered the 1998 Chicago Bulls season and was by Jordan’s side the entire year. This 1998 Chicago Bulls World Championship Team signed slate (clapperboard), with provenance from Bulls team photographer Savas Alatis, has been signed by 18 members of that famous Bulls squad and was given to Alatis by Michael Jordan himself.

The slate was conceived by the producer and only 7 of these were ordered for the primary crew. Alatis had the slate signed in person, in the locker room before one of the NBA Finals games of 1998. With the exception of Rodman (in red marker) all signatures are in uniform black sharpie including Phil Jackson, Jordan, Pippen, Burrell, LaRue, Buechler, Kukoc, Simpkins, Wennington, Kerr, Booth, Harper, Brown, Kleine and Longley. The slate is in mint condition and has been kept in plastic since 1998, preserving all the signatures nicely.

Includes LOA from photographer Savas Alatis. Full LOA from PSA/DNA for autographs.
