This is the ring presented to Tony Gwynn upon his selection to the 1984 All-Star Game. ’84 was the first of Gwynn’s 15 All-Star appearances and as a nod to the kid’s phenomenal talent, he started the game and collected a hit as well. The size 9 ring features a diamond set in a brilliant blue stone surrounded by “BASEBALL ALL STAR” in raised letters. The left shank has the game logo which includes the San Francisco Giants logo and “ALL STAR GAME”. The right shank has the year “1984” with the MLB logo and “CANDLESTICK PARK” where the game was held. The letters "LGB GTC" are engraved on the interior of the band along with “#19 T. GWYNN”. The ring shows minimal use and is in beautiful condition. Includes LOA from Alicia Gwynn.
