In 1996, the New York Yankees captured their first World Series title since 1978 by defeating the National League Champion Atlanta Braves in six games. This sparkling 14K gold 1996 New York Yankees World Championship pendant was issued to the wife of a team member (player or front office executive). It features a large "NY" in 22 small real diamonds with a larger diamond set at the center on a blue stone surrounded by "World Champions 1996" on the front. The Balfour logo and "14K" stamped on the lower back. Beautiful piece includes a 14K gold rope necklace! Presents beautifully in essentially MINT condition with little wear whatsoever.
