Gorgeous cut signature and photo display of Babe Ruth in an elegant frame. Ruth’s autograph, which comes on a 2 1/2“ by 3” thick paper cut, is placed above a gold-colored nameplate with Ruth’s name, years lived, nicknames (“The Bambino”, “The Sultan of Swat”) and detailed career bio mentioning his many records and unforgettable moments. A nice 8” by 10” black and white photo of The Babe in his Yankee home uniform adds to the eye appeal of this well put together display. All three features are shadowboxed with blue matting within a larger gray matting and enclosed inside a 20 1/2” by 26” antique-looking frame. The Ruth signature rates 8-9/10 in our opinion, and that’s probably being modest. What a fantastic piece to add to one’s collection! The greatest American sports hero in your living room or office.
