led the American League in runs (123), walks (116) and OBP (.441) while
stealing 30 bases, clubbing 29 homers and driving in an even 100. It is
MVP #2 for Trout, who has now finished either first or second in the
A.L. voting in each of his five full MLB seasons. An unprecedented run.
At 25 years old he has the potential to be one of the best ballplayers
ever if he stays healthy and continues to put up such consistent numbers
across the board.
The awesome piece of lumber shows plenty of use via contact marks and bat rack marks throughout the barrel; hence, its perfect 10 grade from PSA. The two-toned, 33.5" Pro Maple Mike Trout model (#MT27*) bat is sporting plenty of pine tar toward the brand label and includes almost 10 inches of yellow-and-black Lizard Wrap on the handle. Trout has signed the barrel in near perfect 9-10/10 silver marker and added "27, 16, G/U" to reflect his uniform number, season, and the fact that the bat was game-used, respectively, during yet another MVP campaign.
