Having just finished his fifth MLB season and second on record for the New York Mets, Yoenis Cespedes has now launched 137 round-trippers in the major leagues to go along with 453 runs batted in. This lot features one of the slugger's 2014 signed and inscribed Chandler professional model game-used black bats. That was a season in which Cespedes played 101 games for the Oakland A's before being traded to the Boston Red Sox, where he played in another 51 contests. Collectively he hit 22 home runs and knocked in an even 100 runs that season.

Exhibiting great game usage with multiple ball contact marks and baseball impressions, the 35-inch, 32.5-ounce piece of lumbar (Model YC3 Maple) also sports Cespedes' autograph in slightly streaky silver marker with the inscription "52 2014 G/U" to indicate his uniform number, season and the fact that it is game-used, respectively. The handle is wrapped in beige tape for 7.5" up from the knob and reflects plenty of Mota stick adhesive utilized on the handle for up to 12 inches from the knob.  A great piece of game-used baseball equipment from of the league's up-and-coming heavy hitters to watch.

Anderson Authentics COA (2024). Autograph pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
