The Splendid Splinter was one of baseball’s most prolific hitters with career numbers including lifetime batting average of .344, 521 home runs and a .482 on-base percentage, the highest of all time. This OAL (Brown) baseball has been signed by Ted Williams on the sweet spot in blue ink with the inscription “Ted Williams .406”. Signature is a 8-9/10 for strength and eye appeal. The Upper Deck company released just 1941 of these limited edition baseballs, this one is #392/1941. Comes in original Upper Deck green felt bag and box.
