A rare photo op between George Bush (41st President) , A.B. “Happy” Chandler (2nd Commissioner of MLB) and Bob Feller (HOF) produced this full color (11”X14”) photograph. The photo has been signed by Bush in black sharpie, Feller in blue sharpie and Chandler in blue sharpie. All signatures are a 9/10 for strength and eye appeal.
