Offered here are two autographed items from two of the greatest Boston Red Sox players in history. The first piece is a 3.5" high by 5.5" wide Government Postcard (GPC) signed in black ink by the great Jimmie Foxx and slabbed "Authentic" by PSA/DNA. Typed just below the signature is Foxx's name. The opposite side of the postcard shows that the postcard was signed in Miami, Florida, and mailed on July 8, 1956, 11 years before Foxx's untimely death at the age of 59. The postcard itself is in very good condition with just minimal creasing showing in one corner.

The second item is a Baseball Centennial 1839 1939 stamped First Day Cover envelope dated June 12, 1939, and autographed in fine-point purple marker by Hall of Famer Ted Williams. Measuring 3.75" high by 6.5" wide, the envelope is sporting a three-cent "Centennial of Baseball" First Day of Issue purple stamp on its right front corner. A terrific signature signed by the player who only wanted to be known as "the greatest hitter who ever lived. Ted Williams' autograph slabbed with a MINT PSA/DNA 9 grade.

JIMMIE FOXX SIGNED GPC AND TED WILLIAMS SIGNED FIRST DAY COVER - BOTH PSA/DNA ENCAPSULATED, WILLIAMS GRADED MINT 9
