Bowman's prestiged 1951 set was its largest ever featuring a total of 324 players. Most of the 324 cards were oriented with vertical portraits recreated as color artwork from photographs, and 39 cards used a horizontal (landscape) orientation. This complete 1951 Bowman Baseball set of 324 cards is in mostly EX-MT condition with some better and some worse. Overall, most cards are well-centered for the issue, and some have very light typical wax staining. The ever-important #253 Mickey Mantle and #305 Willie Mays rookies are the only PSA graded cards in this set. All others are ungraded. Outstanding complete set example for the hobby to enjoy!
