Justin Upton's Old Hickory J143M model bat exhibits excellent use and has a severely cracked handle. Several ball marks and stitch impressions are visible on the barrel along with a circular impression from a weighted donut. Various gripping substances cover the full length of handle. Black marker notations on the handle include, “J143M,” “34-31-1/2” and “10.” Upton’s number “19” is also written on barrel end in faded silver marker. MLB hologram on barrel (LH947319) reveals that the bat was used and cracked on 7/10/10 when Upton singled to right field off Florida Marlins pitcher Nate Robinson at Arizona.
