Following his 14-year MLB career, the late Don Drysdale enjoyed participating in recreational sports including golf and bowling. This lot features Drysdale’s personally used 14-pound black “AMF Exacta Pro-Roll” bowling ball, complete with its own brown leather carrying bag inside of which resides a pair of Drysdale’s worn white bowling shoes. The white AMF bowling shoes, size 10 ½, show considerable wear and the original shoelaces still intact. A black felt carrying bag for the bowling ball is included.
