From Don Drysdale's personal collection comes one of his personal golf bags presumably used for several rounds during the 1980's. An avid golfer during and after his Hall of Fame pitching career with the Dodgers, Big Don could hit them long and straight on the links. The brown and white leather bag (no clubs included) has "Don Drysdale" in white cursive stamped on the upper front with "Kapalua Maui" and the famous resort golf course's butterfly logo down below. In addition, there are four course tags from various Hawaiian courses he played, all with Don's name in Dymo label tape. These include two Kapalua Golf Club tags stamped with "Craig Williamson Director of Golf"; Wailea Golf Club on the island of Maui stamped with "Fran Cipro Golf Professional"; and Princeville Makai Golf & Tennis Club at Hanalei on the island of Kauai. There are a few ball markers and tees in the pockets leftover from one of Don's rounds. The bag, made by Burton MFG Co. in Jasper, Alabama, also has a red towel from Princeville at Hanalei. It is a narrower and lighter version bag better suited for playing in hot climates. Overall, the bag presents in NM-MT condition.

LOA from Drysdale family.
