This lot features a game-worn home jersey that Detroit Pistons’ team member Greg Monroe wore during the team’s “London Live” battle versus the New York Knicks on January 17, 2013, in London, England. Though the Pistons dropped a 102-87 decision to the Knicks, Monroe turned in an impressive outing by registering a double-double (11 points and 10 rebounds).
On the front left tail of the white mesh jersey is the official “NBA Authentics” and "ADIDAS 3XL” manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are two additional manufacturer's tags reading "LENGTH +4" and “CLIMACOOL” on them. Across the front is "PISTONS" in red on blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "10" in the same tackle twill fashion outlined in white. Across the back is the player name "MONROE" in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. On the left shoulder strap is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey reflects some game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
