1938 All-Star Game program for the contest played at Crosley Field in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 6, 1938. Joe Medwick and Ernie Lombardi drove in a run a piece and 4 different American League Hall of Famer's made errors in the field, as the National League won for just the 2nd time in 6 tries, 4-1. Johnny Vander Meer, Bill Lee, and Mace Brown threw 3 innings a piece for the victorious National League squad. Program loaded with player photos, articles, statistics, and period ads. It has not been scored. Program insides super clean and in great condition. Covers in fairly decent condition with a some lighter wear. A 1 1/4" split at bottom edge of spine. Nice looking program!
