ADDENDUM: The year has been adjusted from catalog. There is no BlueNote Authentics hologram as 1992-93 examples would have. Also, the name on the back in white signifies pre-1992 issue.

This lot features center Ron Wilson’s game-worn St. Louis Blues road jersey, circa 1989-91. The journeyman played in 33 games in 1989-90 and saw 73 games of action in 1990-91, contributing 20 and 37 points, respectively. Showing outstanding wear with board burns, stick marks and plenty of fraying, the 100% polyester CCM Maska Air-Kit blue jersey sports the Blues oversized team logo across the front. The proper Maska manufacturer’s tag is found on the inside rear collar, while the “CCM” branding is located on the outside rear tail next to the official NHL logo patch and "CUSTOM CRAFTED" stamp in raised lettering. Wilson’s uniform number “18” is found on the back as well as both sleeves in yellow tackle twill outlined in red and white. His last name – “WILSON” – appears in white tackle twill sewn directly onto a blue nameplate that’s been sewn across the shoulders of the jersey. Fraying and puckering is evident on many of the numbers and letters of the jersey, so this one was certainly worn in several games by the former team center.

Includes Letter of Provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
