Original MLB Health uniform sleeve patch, the logo of the Hale America initiative, a “Shape Up!” fitness program that arose in response to America’s entry into World War II following Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, worn by major league players during the 1942 baseball season. Red, white, and blue stitched patch made in the shape of a shield with large "HEALTH" in red stitched below. Patch measures 3" by 3 3/4". Patch in beautiful condition both front and back.
