Presented here is a standout 2010 Philadelphia Phillies game-worn home jersey donned by slugging first baseman Ryan Howard during a close game against the Cincinnati Reds on July 10th. The Phillies prevailed that day, 1-0, even though the burley first sacker went hitless in four at-bats. For the season, Howard batted .276 with 31 round-trippers and 108 RBI that year – one in which the Phillies battled all the way to the N.L. C.S. before bowing to the San Francisco Giants in six games.

The home pinstripe shirt has the famed scripted “Phillies” across the front in red chenille atop white twill (with blue chenille stars dotting the two “i”s). Howard’s No. 6 is on the back and left sleeve in red-on-white tackle twill, as is his name on the back which is affixed directly to the shirt. The iconic MLB logo patch appears at the back of the collar and the number “36” in white is affixed to the right sleeve inside a black circle in tribute to the late Phillies Hall of Fame pitcher Robin Roberts, who passed away early that season on May 6, 2010. The proper Majestic Authentic tagging appears on the front left tail (size 54) with Majestic “Cool Base” flag tag along the seam. Garment shows game use with some perspiration staining around the collar. A great piece of game-worn memorabilia from one of the game’s most feared sluggers.

Includes MLB Authentication LH 957497.
