Offered here is a pair of Los Angeles Clippers game worn home jerseys from two popular players who played in different eras. Shooting guard Bo Kimble was a local L.A. fan favorite after playing four years under Paul Westhead's uptempo style at Loyola Marymount alongside the late Hank Gathers. He was drafted in #8 overall by the Clippers in 1990. Former Duke standout Elton Brand was the #1 overall draft pick in 1999 by the Chicago Bulls. In 2001-02, the power forward joined the Clips where he was a 20-point, 10-rebound force voted to two All-Star teams.

The 1990-91 Bo Kimble rookie gamer has the cursive "Clippers" and his No. "30" sewn front and back in red on white tackle twill outlined in blue. An arched "KIMBLE" is sewn directly on the back in red tackle twill. and large "5" in red on back. Champion size 46 manufacturer's tagging appears on the left front tail next to a strip tag reading "Custom Designed and Sewn For L.A. CLIPPERS" with "YEAR 90", SLEEVE LENGTH [?]", and "BODY LENGTH +4". 100% nylon mesh shirt shows appropriate wear. Next we have Elton Brand's 2004-05 gamer with very similar features, just modernized 14 years later. The blue outline on his name letters and No. 42 is a little thicker, the arm and neck piping is solid blue, and an LAC logo patch is sewn below the neck. Also, the newer jersey has an stretchable blue side section. Reebok size 52 manufacturer's tagging marked with "42" in black pen appears on the left front tail with "+4 LENGTH" and 2004-05" flag tags. The shirt solid wear.

Includes Letter of Provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
