This early goalie mask belonged to a goaltender named Murray Hozefel who played in the B.C. Junior League and made the Vancouver Canucks team in the early 1970s. Hozefel ultimately went on to star in the Saskatchewan Senior Hockey League. What looks to be a Lefty Wilson model mask painted black leaving stars and squares, the front face-only style mask that straps behind the head is the same style that Jason wore in "Friday the 13th" movies. The elastic straps and interior padding are completely intact. Comes essentially as-issued and problem-free.

Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
