Rare 1956 Los Angeles Angels Pacific Coast League Champions 14 karat gold ring presented to manager Bob Scheffing who was named PCL Manager of the Year that special season. The 1956 Angels (also known as the Looloos or Seraphs) are widely regarded as one of the greatest minor league teams in baseball history. They won 101 and lost 61, and were led by popular first baseman Steve Bilko. It would be the club's last PCL title as the team relocated to Spokane in 1958. On the face of the ring is a real diamond sitting at the center of a baseball diamond atop two crisscrossing bats, with a crown on top and "LA PCL 56" arched below. Both shanks are blank. Inside the band is stamped "14K". Ring size 8 3/4. Weight 18 grams.

Includes Letter of Provenance from Bob Scheffing’s son.
