23-year-old quarterback Blake Bortles of the Jacksonville Jaguars will be entering his third year at the helm in 2016, coming off a stellar 2015 sophomore campaign in which he emerged as one of the league’s rising star signal callers. This lot, courtesy of Bortles and his agency, Rep 1 Sports, features a combination of his game-used items from the Jags' Nov. 19, 2015 home game against the Tennessee Titans at EverBank Field. In the Thursday Night match-up, the Jags emerged victorious by the score of 19-13 as Bortles threw for 242 yards and one touchdown. The Jaguars improved on their 3–13 record from 2014 with a 5–11 record in 2015, their most wins since 2011. Bortles was a big reason behind the team’s solid improvement as he erupted for 4,428 yards passing and 35 touchdowns behind a lackluster offensive line. The future is certainly bright for the 6'5" 230-lb. mobile gunner out of Central Florida.

This assorted equipment group includes his signed, game-worn, fluorescent yellow Nike 'Alpha' cleats (size 13), which still have clumps of grass and dirt stuck in the individual cleats on the bottom. The cleats show excellent wear inside and out. Blake’s autograph in 8/10 black marker can be found on the outside of each shoe. He has added his uniform number “5” after each autograph. The original laces are present. Also included is his game-used mouthpiece, signed in black, as well as a game-worn Jaguars sideline cap that he has autographed in black to the right of the team logo. The completed lot is finished off by a Jaguars vs. Titans game program. The cover features Bortles squaring off against Titans upstart QB Marcus Mariota.

Includes Letter of Authenticity from Blake Bortles. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
