Presented here is a standout 2014 Philadelphia Phillies game-worn road jersey belonging to former standout shortstop Jimmy Rollins, who is now sporting Dodger Blue. The 2014 campaign was Rollins’ last with the Phillies after 14 dedicated seasons of service in the City of Brotherly Love. In ‘14, playing in 138 games, Rollins collected 78 hits including 17 home runs and knocked in 55 runs. He also stole 28 bases. The gray road jersey has the famed scripted “Phillies” across the front in red chenille atop white twill (with blue chenille stars dotting the two “i”s). Rollins’ No. 11 is on the back and left sleeve in red-on-white tackle twill, as is his name on the back which is affixed directly to the shirt. The iconic MLB logo patch appears at the back of the collar and the letters “CB” in white are affixed to the left breast inside a black circle in tribute to the late Phillies owner Claire Betz, who passed away during the off-season. The proper Majestic Authentic tagging appears on the front left tail (size 44) with Majestic “Cool Base” flag tag along the seam. A separate (’14) sewn-on white cloth tag with black chain-stitching appears on the right front tail. Garment shows light game use.
