Nice game-worn rookie jersey from the great Grant Hill, a true class act on and off the court throughout his 19 seasons in the NBA. After being part of two NCAA Championships at Duke, Hill arrived to a woeful Detroit Pistons franchise for the 1994-95 season. That changed pretty quickly after his first six seasons with the Pistons, in which he averaged 21.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 6.3 assists. He is a strong Hall of Fame candidate with more than 17,000 career points, even though much of the latter half of his career was curtailed by injuries. Offered here is a Pistons home jersey worn by the smooth 6-foot-8 small forward during his inaugural season in Motown when he would share Rookie of the Year honors with Jason Kidd.

This white mesh pullover features Hill’s No. 33 screened in red and blue front and back, “Pistons” in block letters on the front in the same fashion and “Hill” on the back screened in blue. Red-white-and-blue striped stretch-ribbed cotton vertically lines each side and surrounds the neck and arm yoke openings. An NBA silhouette logo is sewn to the left shoulder stirrup and, situated on the left front tail, dual "Champion" manufacturer's tags respectively denote "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Detroit Pistons, Body Length +3” and Size "48." A fabric content tag with pen code resides at the inner side seam. The jersey shows moderate wear with no signed of alteration.
