In 1984, the Baseball Writers Association of America (BBWAA) voted by mail to select from recent major league players and elected the following three standouts: Harmon Killebrew, Luis Aparicio and Don Drysdale. Drysdale, the Dodgers intimidating right-hander, registered 316 votes (78.4%) to make the cut. One of the many accolade and awards he received as a result included this specially engraved Baume & Mercier quartz wristwatch. On the face of the dial is Drysdale’s uniform number “53,” while the back of the watch includes the following engraved text: “DON DRYSDALE INDUCTED BASEBALL HALL OF FAME 8-12-84.” A beautiful black leather band completes the wristwatch, which comes inside its original brown suede Baume & Mercier presentation box. Watch does not run.

Includes LOA from the Drysdale Family.
