Original Dressing Room pass to the 2nd Muhammad Ali vs. Sonny Liston fight scheduled to be held at the Boston Garden on November 16, 1964. This would be a re-match of their controversial fight of 9 months earlier in which Ali won the World Heavyweight Championship Title in a major upset by a TKO when Liston failed to answer the bell for the 7th round. This fight would not be as 3 days before the scheduled bout Ali underwent emergency surgery for a strangulated hernia. The bout would need to be delayed by six months and be eventually fought in Lewiston, Maine due to legal issues. 3" by 3" pass comes with the original string and is in very good, crease free condition. A small amount of paper toning at the bottom tip on the front only.
