Program to the World Heavyweight Championship Fight between Champion Muhammad Ali and challenger Chuck Wepner held March 24, 1975 at the Cleveland Coliseum in Richfield, Ohio. In what was expected to be a very one sided fight Wepner hung tough with Ali, even knocking him down in the 9th round when he stepped on the Champ's foot. This raised the ire of the Champion who gave Wepner a brutal beating the rest of the way, cutting him above both eyes and breaking his nose. Wepner, though far behind on the scorecards, refused to give up until Ali knocked him down with 19 seconds left in the 15th and final round. The referee counted to seven before calling the fight a technical knockout. Thin 12 page program has not been scored and features picture images of both fighters on the cover. Insides have features on both fighters and promoter Don King. A promo for the upcoming fight between heavyweight contenders Ken Norton and Jerry Quarry is also present. Very clean program has been folded one vertically down the center and presents as VG.
