Dodgers’ right-hander Don Drysdale, who recorded 209 victories and 2,486 strikeouts during his 14-year MLB career, was inducted into Cooperstown on August 12, 1984. As part of Drysdale’s multiple awards that day, the 6’ 5” native of Van Nuys, California, received this gold-plated Seiko quartz clock, which stands 9.5” tall by 7.5” wide. The battery-operated clock, which is complete with chime and operating instructions inside, is topped off by a specially engraved gold plaque that reads: “BASEBALL HALL OF FAME DON DRYSDALE AUGUST 12, 1984.” A very special award commemorating Drysdale’s Hall of Fame career. Clock did not run when batteries inserted.
Includes LOA from the Drysdale Family.
