ADDENDUM: THIS IS A NON GOLD REMAKE OF TOM THACKER'S ORIGINAL 1970 ABA CHAMPIONSHIP RING MADE OF 14K GOLD. THE MINUMUM BID HAS BEEN ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

1970 Indiana Pacers ABA Championship ring presented to back-up point guard Tom Thacker. Thacker played in 70 games for the Pacers in 1969-70, averaging 14.5 minutes per games while scoring about 3 points per game. A large synthetic diamond on a blue stone is on the face, surrounded by "PACERS 1970 CHAMPIONS". On one side is "THACKER", "44", and a raised image of the Pacers logo. The other side features the date of the ABA Championship Game along with "PRIDE", "POISE", "PERFECTION", and a raised image of the ABA Championship trophy. Engraved along the inside of the band is "Tom Thacker" in cursive. "HJ" (Herff Jones) and "ULT" are also stamped inside. Ring size 14 1/4. Weight 20 grams. Copy of LOA from Tom Thacker (original goes with his '68 Celtics ring in Lot 718).
