Wilson Official Approved Specifications Major League baseball single signed by Hall of Fame legend Satchel Paige on a side panel with printed "To DR. J. A. GREEN DEAN, C. B. A. U. S. M. 5/26/80" below in the same 7-8/10 blue ball point pen ink. On the panel to the right is printed "To BILL S. FROM JOE G." in a different black ink. Ball has soiled evenly over the years with a few areas of toning.
