It took Alex Rodriguez 47 pressure-laden at-bats to go from career home run No. 599 to No. 600. Going from 601 to 604 took five pitches. A-Rod hit three homers (#602, 603 & #604) in an 8-3 victory over Kansas City on August 14th, 2010. Rodriguez drove in five runs in the game, picking on three different pitchers for his deep drives in the hot, humid Midwestern air. The offered bat was used by Rodriguez for the second of his three bombs that night, a two-run drive off Kanekoa Texeira in the seventh that carried 419 feet and put the Yankees on top 6-3.

The offered black Louisville Slugger Alex Rodriguez signature model C271L bat shows extensive use throughout, remaining uncracked. Arod has recorded his feat on the barrel in bold silver sharpie with an inscription that reads “Alex Rodriguez Career HR #603 vs. KC.” An important and fully documented home run bat from who threatened the all-time career HR record. Includes a LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (Graded GU10).
