The Eagles wore 1960 Kelly Green throwback jerseys, helmets and pants on opening day 2010 to honor the 50th anniversary of the 1960 Championship team that defeated the Packers 17-13 on December 26, 1960 to win the title. The Eagles and Michel Vick opened the 2010 season in fine if bittersweet fashion, with the club dropping a 27-20 decision to Green Bay at home in Philadelphia in a game when Vick showed all the signs of returning to the form that had made his one of most exciting players in the NFL during his time with the Falcons. This time it was the notoriously persnickety Eagles fans who got a look at the versatile Vick, who turned in a 16-24 passing effort good for 175 yards and a touchdown, then tacked on another 103 yards rushing, thereby becoming just the third Eagles quarterback to throw for at least 175 yards and run for at least 100 yards in the same game since 1960. The Reebok-tagged pants offered here reveal ample evidence of all the mayhem, grass and dirt that such a prolific afternoon might engender. Virtually every inch of the pants show the evidence of his historic day; the inside of the front waistband includes the well-known blue Reebok tag with three attached flag tags indicating "36" and "short," along with the manufacturer's fabric content tag from Berlin, Wis. Also attached on the inside flap is a MeiGray Group Authentication Program tag.

Comes with Certificates of Authenticity from the Eagles and MeiGray.
