Brett Favre wore this amazing jersey in a 26-7 road loss to the Carolina Panthers on Dec. 20, 2009, a rare blip in the remarkable 2009 season that saw the legendary former Packer revive his magic show for the arch-rival Vikings, leading the team to a 12-4 mark and a playoff berth. The jersey shows all the hallmarks of spectacular wear, most notably including scuffing around the shoulder pads and dirt and grass stains on both sides but most particularly on the back where most of the shirt is covered by both, a testimony apparently to the four sacks that Favre endured that day. All of the appropriate tagging is present on the Reebok jersey, including "9-48" and "Q" tags on the collar and the "C" captains patch on the front; all elements are in essentially problem-free condition. Favre has signed atop his No. 4 on the back, adding his uniform number inscription and a second notation attesting to the game use. Includes tagging on the inside of the shirt from J.O. Sports also attesting to game use in the 12/20/09 game. There is also a Certificate of Authenticity from the Vikings. Three color photographs are also provided with the COA's, each showing Favre at different moments signing this particular jersey.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
