Warren Moon was already in a bunch of halls of fame, including those honoring the NFL and the Canadian Football League, so it would hardly have been a surprise to have him added to another. Upon the occasion of his induction into the State of Washington Sports Hall of Fame in 2012, this intricate plaque was presented to Moon. On a polished wood board with overall dimensions of 16-by-20 inches, a wood cutout in the shape of the state has been mounted onto the board, with the official seal of the Tacoma Athletic Commission on one side and a striking 5-inch-square photo imprinted on gold metal of Moon as a Seahawk. A metal nameplate in gold and black at the top of the board notes "State of Washington Sports Hall of Fame; a another nameplate at the bottom of 11-by-7 inches provides Moon's name and three paragraphs of career highlights, also in gold and black. Moon has added his signature in black Sharpie on the back of the board, including his HOF 2006 inscription. All elements appear to be essentially as-issued and problem-free.
