Very nice looking VG PSA 3 Full Unused Ticket to the 1945 NFL Championship Game between the Cleveland Rams and Washington Redskins played at Cleveland Municipal Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio on December 16, 1945. The margin of victory in the close 16-15 contest was a safety called on the Redskins when Sammy Baugh's pass from the end zone hit the goal post, which was on the goal line at that time. During the off season this rule would be changed to make the play an incomplete pass instead. Rookie quarterback Bob Waterfield threw 2 touchdown passes for the Rams. This would be the last game for the Rams in Cleveland as they would move to Los Angeles for the 1946 season. Super clean ticket both front and back. At first glance ticket appears to be VG-EX/EX but closer inspection reveals a crease across the upper right hand corner. One of the 2 best as it is the only VG 3 with just 1 ticket rated higher by PSA.
