1981 American League All-Star Game ring given to New York Yankee Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage. Gossage did not get into the National League's 5-4 victory over the rival American League. Light blue stone on top surrounded by 6 CZ and "Baseball National American All-Star". National League, American League, and MLB logos on one side panel with "Gossage", 1981 All-Star Game Cleveland" on the other. Inside stamped "Balfour Celestrium". Comes with the original Balfour box. Ring size 10 1/2.
